To obtain Startup residency in Spain, you must prepare a business plan that aligns with ENISA's requirements. ENISA is the authority that reviews business plans in Spain. Here’s how the process works:

Submit documents to UGE:
Once your business plan is approved or submitted, you’ll need to upload a screenshot of your ENISA submission along with the other required documents to UGE.
Await the decision:
ENISA will first review your business plan. Afterward, within a month, UGE will provide a decision on your 3-year residency.
